Each one of our trade-marks is unique, and created to respect the Canadian Intellectual property standards, The United States Patent and Trade Mark Office, and The Trade Marks and Design Registration Office of the European Union.  


As a Marketing Development firm we reserve all rights to any trade-mark created through our business. The identity of the new developed, “Trade-Mark,” is borrowed by the client and Produits Maison DIN Home Products can at any point terminate the use of the specific Trade-Mark due to any miss use or violation by the client.

What is a trade-mark?

A trade-mark distinguishes the goods or services from others in the marketplace. It is a word, or combination of words, a design, a image, or combination of these, unique to the individual, or organization.
